marucoporoporo - Conceive the Sea
Created the artwork for marucoporoporo’s first album Conceive the Sea, released by the renowned Japanese electronica label flau records. Inspired by sculptural works of artist Nao Taki, which sparked the making of the album, the visuals interpret the imagery of “seawater” and “amniotic fluid” through generative methods. Distinct artworks were generated for each medium, reflecting the fluid and multilayered sound of the music. An original font was also developed specifically for this project, establishing a consistent visual language across the entire album.
