三浦康嗣 - Picnic Again
A visual identity for Picnic Again, a two-disc solo album by Koshi Miura, designed with Taeko Isu and Yosuke Hayashi. Since CDs aren’t exactly essential anymore—some people don’t even own a player—so we added a hanging cord so buyers could at least repurpose it as a pigeon-scaring CD outside their home.
The artwork draws from the strange, warped shapes of sun-bleached pigeon-scaring CDs. I generated countless variations of these distorted discs and selected the most compelling results, making it a genuinely generative piece.
