    • baku89.iconはかなりリアルだと思っている　実際自分もそのくらいに「オタク」としての自分のいなたさ、空気の読めなさをメタ認知していた
  • 成熟した人間は、メタ認知していることを言い訳として周囲に示さずとも、黙々と自己修正をする　くよくよと悩まない
• 一人で香ばしくある分には構わないが、最近は林さんを巻き添えにしがちで申し訳ないな
• 「意識高い系」は、実は意識が低い
  • 真に意識の高い人は、イシューも行動も具体的
  • 意識高い系ののたまうような、漠然とした「社会を良くしたい」「破壊的イノベーションを起こしたい」とか、自分探しのようなことにかまけてられない

  • 組織の「ミッション」「ビジョン」って本来こういうもんなんじゃないかな
    • Googleくらい良くも悪くもデカいことをしてないと「世界中の情報を整理し、世界中の人がアクセスできて使えるようにする」って抽象度の高いミッションはブチ挙げられない
  • 何かについて語っているようで、何についても語っていないことってよくある
    • デザインコンサルのクレドとか
    • それそのものの話をする
    • クラフトとは
