# Schema-based knowledge

refers to the mental framework or organized structure of knowledge that individuals use to interpret and understand the world. It's a form of **semantic memory** that helps people make sense of new information by relating it to their existing knowledge and experiences.

世の中の学習というものは、存外「頭で考えられるようになる」ではなく、「身体で覚える」ことのほうが多いのかもしれない
